Bud and I have been dancing together since 1994; in the shoe business since 2009 and each year gets better and better.
We take our dance shoes to shag and dance events in numerous states (Charleston WV, Richmond VA, Williamsburg VA, Northern VA, Ocean City, MD, Pittsburgh PA, Pigeon Forge TN, Johnson City TN and NC). In our travels we have met so many wonderful swing, shag and hand dancers.
Our MISSION is to provide the most comfortable dance shoe that we can find.
In 2014, we launched our own line for women: CAROLINA SHAG SHOES. We strive to have the basic shoes as well as styles and fabric combinations that you won't find elsewhere. In 2016 we have added a line of very comfortable Dance Sneakers.
After many of you have asked for a one inch heel we now have these as well.
J COLLECTION:
In 2017 Jackie McGee and I formed THE J COLLECTION. The FRINGE BOOT was the beginning! It took almost 2 years from concept to production and it has been a great success. Next came the Touch of Gold Collection with the new styling including the open back and toe cleavage front. It is a feminine style that compliments clothing styles including skirts, pants and shorts.
JUNIOR SHAGGERS:
For every pair of shoes that are purchased a portion of the sale goes to support The Junior Shaggers. Since 2015 we have donated over $23,000 to help support The Ellen Taylor Foundation; the Jr Shaggers Scholarship Fund as well as Shag Dance Teams. We thank you for helping us to support the juniors and the future of our wonderful dance!
